JULY 17-19, 2026

Let’s come together to take time for you and to shine a Light on your sacred journey. Let’s discover how to end repetitive cycles of stress and suffering, heal the World-Self/Sacred-Self Division, and dissolve obstacles that get in the way of accessing joy, to reveal your sacred path and embodied wisdom.

Join mother–daughter team Iswari and Mahadevi for a guided exploration of a trauma-informed, evidence-based navigation system rooted in yoga, meditation, psychology, Eastern philosophy, and neuroscience. Together, we will embody essential practices that support healing while awakening intuitive wisdom and joy.

During this retreat, we will explore ways to access innate intelligence and healing power as you navigate home to your true nature: your Sacred Self.

In this workshop, we will explore:

  • End World Self/Sacred Self Division on your sacred journey to tread a path to self-aligned action.

  • Explore the five subtle bodies through witnessing consciousness, and befriend the messengers who lead us to wholeness.

  • Assess and defuse our thought-bomb inner critic, and mobilize aligned self-narratives.

  • Produce your LOFT – Line Of Flight-Transformation Action Plan.

At the height of Summer, tap into a feeling of joy, grounding, and alignment with your inner wisdom.

What to Expect:

Through daily practice, group exploration, yoga nidra, writing reflection, group sharing, and deep listening in community, our journey together will:

  • Clear obstacles on the path of your mythological journey.

  • Defuse thought bombs, address the inner critic, and mobilize aligned self-narratives.

  • Explore conscious connection with the five subtle bodies and befriend the messengers that reveal intuitive wisdom and restore wholeness.

  • Befriend your neuroception and bring peace to your nervous system.

  • Discover the super-competent life navigator that you already are!

Participants will receive a LifeBreath – Clear The Path: Resources for the Sacred Self workbook at the beginning of the program. The workbook contains program materials designed to foster deep learning and ongoing post-program practice.

Clear the Path offers an opportunity to practice, explore, and transform in divine connection with a community of like-hearted Yogaville adventurers. Set in Yogaville’s beautiful, nurturing environment, we hope you can join us.

Build A Resilient Organization

The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum: Build A Resilient Organization

Frontline staff are the backbone of our organization, making their health and well-being a top priority. This includes the vital work of preventing psychological stress injuries. We value the diverse knowledge and lived experiences each team member brings; for those on the front lines, these experiences are a powerful collective resource that can rejuvenate individuals and departments alike.

This workshop provides strategic insights and practical 'micro-practices' for managing stress before, during, and after difficult incidents. By integrating burnout prevention and mind-body exercises into daily life, participants will gain actionable tools to build resilience—strategies that research shows benefit not just the workplace, but teams and families as well.

LifeBreath Yoga Nidra Train the Trainer

LifeBreath Yoga Nidra Train-the-Trainer Certification Program

Course Description:

The LifeBreath Yoga Nidra Train-the-Trainer Certification Program is designed to provide a comprehensive immersion into the practice and theory to become a certified Yoga Nidra teacher in professional settings. Yoga Nidra is a process of meditative self-inquiry derived from the teachings of Yoga. Yoga comprises an array of techniques designed to bring about first-hand knowing of who and what you actually are when you are free of psychological, cultural, and philosophical conditioning. Yoga Nidra is a profound protocol that helps those facing challenging and stressful situations.

Yoga Nidra is a meditation protocol that helps us explore all that we perceive ourselves to be in body, senses, and mind. It prompts you to inquire: Am I my body? Am I my thoughts? Who am I? These inquiries reveal the changing nature of what you perceive as solid reality, but which is, in fact, constantly changing. It reveals to you that everything about the body, emotions, thoughts, and the world is constantly in flux. Yoga Nidra also guides you to inquire into the “I” who is registering the fact that everything is changing - who is it that is witnessing this tableau of changing phenomena?

Yoga Nidra is a method that is particularly beneficial for pregnant and postpartum women because they are deeply restorative practices that ease physical discomfort, calms the nervous system, and supports the immense mental and emotional transitions of motherhood.

Benefits for pregnant women:

During pregnancy, yoga nidra helps women manage the physical and emotional changes by providing a safe and effortless way to rest deeply.

  • Deep rest and energy restoration: Lying comfortably in a supported position, expectant mothers can experience profound relaxation, which is especially important during a time of frequent fatigue and disrupted sleep.

  • Reduced stress and anxiety: The practice calms the nervous system, helping to reduce stress hormones and alleviate anxieties related to pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

  • Enhanced mother-baby bonding: Visualizations and guided meditations can foster a deeper spiritual and intuitive connection between a woman and her growing baby.

  • Relief from physical discomfort: Yoga nidra helps to soothe common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, swollen limbs, and other bodily tension by promoting deep physical relaxation.

  • Preparation for childbirth: Regular practice of deep relaxation and visualization can empower women by giving them tools to remain calm and focused during labor.

Benefits for postpartum women:

For new mothers, yoga nidra provides a gentle, accessible form of self-care to aid physical and emotional healing during a time of intense exhaustion and hormonal shifts.

  • Combats sleep deprivation: By activating the "rest and digest" nervous system, even a 10- or 20-minute session can help a sleep-deprived mother feel significantly more rested. It can also help relieve anxiety that interferes with falling asleep.

  • Supports emotional healing: The practice creates a non-judgmental space for processing the emotional highs and lows of motherhood, including feelings of overwhelm, isolation, or sadness.

  • Addresses postpartum mood disorders: Research suggests that yoga nidra can be a supportive tool for managing symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety.

  • Physical recovery: The deep relaxation promotes circulation, reduces inflammation, and initiates the body's natural healing response, which is crucial for physical recovery after childbirth.

  • Reconnection with self: Beyond the demands of newborn care, yoga nidra helps mothers reconnect with their own needs and sense of self, fostering greater emotional resilience.

The certification workshop will be delivered in three levels. Completion of all three levels constitutes the requirements to become a LifeBreath Certified Yoga Nidra teacher.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a private event for Chicago midwives, doulas and allied professionals in the birthing space.
